PT6A-67P Engine: This engine sets the industry standard for reliability with a version of the same engine used in Fedex airplanes that fly many thousands of hours each year helping deliver packages on-time year round. It produces 1,744 thermodynamic horsepower of which only 1,200 shaft horsepower is used for takeoff and 1,200 shaft horsepower for climb and cruise. Dual generators provide electrical system redundancy.
