PlaneSense, Inc. manages and operates a fleet of over 30 Pilatus PC-12 aircraft on behalf of several hundred fractional share owners. Atlas Aircraft Center, Inc. (AAC) is the Pilatus authorized fleet service and support center for the PlaneSense® fractional fleet of PC-12s. As an FAA certified Part 145 repair station, AAC not only offers PC-12 support, but a host of services including turbine aircraft repairs, inspections, and avionics sales and repair services. AAC also supports and maintains the PlaneSense program's three Nextant 400XTi jets, and is preparing for the delivery of Pilatus PC-24 jets, which are scheduled to arrive in 2017.

PC-12 Direct Entry Captains

It is a requirement that you reside within 100 miles of your chosen base.


Crew members must hold a current and valid FAA Commercial or ATP pilot license with single and multiengine land ratings. Total flight time/fixed wing minimum is 2000 hours, with 750 hours of PIC time, and 100 hours of instrument time.

Highly qualified candidates will have experience in Part 135 and/or Part 121 operations. Turbine experience preferred. Pilots must also hold a current and valid second class FAA medical and possess a current Passport with unrestricted international travel privileges, and driver’s license.

PC-12 First Officers

PlaneSense, Inc. is accepting resumes for PC-12 First Officers. Resumes will be put on hold for upcoming recruiting needs. Due to the outpouring First Officer applicants and successful interviews, we have currently filled all of our available 2017 Initial Ground School classes. We are diligently preparing the 2018 schedule for IGS. If your qualifications meet our needs, we will be contacting you soon to continue with the application process!

Our pilots work an 8 on/6 off schedule with an operating area including; the continental United States, Canada, the Bahamas, and islands of the Caribbean, with continuous expansion. PlaneSense, Inc. also has a growing fleet of Nextant 400XTi jets and later this year will take delivery of the first much anticipated Pilatus PC-24 jet. A favorable career path has been created to allow our PC-12 crew members to transition into the jet flight operations, based on seniority.

Part 135 and/or Part 91 subpart K; Corporate flight; and/or flight time in advanced avionics systems or glass systems.

Flight Management Representative

PlaneSense, Inc., which manages and operates the world’s largest civilian fleet of Pilatus PC-12 aircraft on behalf of several hundred fractional share owners, seeks to hire a highly capable and self-motivated person for a complete spectrum of aviation-related Customer and Crew Service work within its Flight Operations Center (FOC). The FOC manages over 30 aircraft and over 100 pilots 24/7 to provide guaranteed on-demand service to its fractional share owners within the boundaries of Federal Aviation regulations, Air Traffic Control and ever changing weather. The environment is a high-energy atmosphere, especially during peak travel periods.

All inbound and outbound communications traffic passes via phone conversation or electronic mail and flights are organized electronically utilizing industry-specific computer software. 99% of the work done is by computer and phone in an open office setting.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as first point of contact for aircraft owners to ensure that owners needs are met and exceeded
  • Build accurate itineraries and send confirmations
  • Research unfamiliar airport facilities
  • Inform owners about Air Traffic Control, weather, and maintenance delays
  • Notify flight crews of flight info to include airport, weather, passenger loads, customs info, etc.
  • FAA-mandated flight tracking
  • Reserving US and international customs landing rights
  • Supports for flight crews while “on the road” to include hotel, transportation, meals

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn industry-specific software imperative
  • Aviation or travel industry experience is not required, but certainly preferred
  • Must be able to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays. We are open Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years, etc.
  • Outstanding communication skills required
  • The ability to work as a team-member, but also be self-motivated

Aircraft Maintenance Technician

PlaneSense, Inc. is seeking experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technicians for its repair station, Atlas Aircraft Center, Inc. Highly qualified candidates would have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in General Aviation A&P Certificate Required. Responsibilities include repairing aircraft, aircraft engines, and aircraft components in accordance with applicable technical data, industry standards and the Atlas Aircraft Center "Repair Station Manual." Technicians need to have a good comprehension of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic disciplines as they apply to aircraft systems.

Aircraft Detailer / Line Service Technician: Part Time and Full Time

Do you have experience in professional cleaning, auto detailing, warehouse, delivery, general labor, or customer service? Bring those skills to us! It only makes plane sense!

The Line Service Technician position performs a variety of operations related to corporate aircraft and airport equipment including: aircraft detailing, ground movement & ground support, and customer service in our 24/7 Line Service Department.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Aircraft cleaning, detailing
  • Stocking aircraft with food and supplies
  • Providing assistance in ground movement & ground support to aircraft
  • Meeting inbound aircraft upon arrival to ramp and helping prepare aircraft for departure

This position provides excellent customer service to passengers and to various departments in the company. Professional, well-groomed appearance must be maintained at all times.

Other duties may include: Staging, towing of aircraft, and hangar housekeeping, building maintenance, sanitation, ground maintenance, minor repairs. Technicians will also operate ground service equipment, which may include hand-held radios, motor vehicles, forklifts and tugs.

Requirements: Technicians must be able to lift 50+ pounds, bend, squat, and climb 6-10 ft. ladders. The work environment involves the outdoors and may present weather variations and elevated noise levels. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Pease International Tradeport Security Badge, and carry a valid driver’s license. Candidates must also be able to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Aviation experience is not necessary.

The Full-Time work schedule will consist of 4/10 hour shifts per week. (8:30 PM-6:30 AM) Starting pay rate is $13.20 an hour, with a $.30 increase after 90 days.

The Part-Time work schedule will consist of 2/10 hour shifts per week. (8:30 PM-6:30 AM) Starting pay rate is $13.20 an hour, with a $.30 increase after 90 days.
