Primary Operating Area Informs
But Doesn't Restrict Where You Can Fly

Owners of a share in the PlaneSense® fractional program can fly within the continental U.S., Canada, Mexico, the Bahamas and the Islands of the Caribbean. For flights outside of our Primary Operating Area (POA), repositioning costs will apply.

The Primary Operating Area of the PlaneSense program is defined as:

The continental United States and Canada, excluding Newfoundland, east of ninety-one degrees zero minutes (91°0') west longitude, and south of forty-eight degrees zero minutes (48°0') north latitude, and including so much of the areas of Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas and Louisiana as are bordered by thirty-six degrees fifteen minutes (36°15') north latitude, ninety-eight degrees thirty minutes (98°30') west longitude, and twenty-nine degrees zero minutes (29°0') north latitude.

For positioning flights to or from Bahamian airports not listed above, a positioning charge shall apply for flight time between those airports and the continental United States, without regard to mandatory landings at ports of entry.

All owner occupied flights which take a Program Aircraft outside the POA require a minimum notice of 48 hours. All repositioning flight time outside the POA is subject to a repositioning charge which includes the Repositioning Hourly Fee, Hourly Fuel Surcharge and Pass-throughs.
