We continuously look for opportunities to improve our PlaneSense program. As an example, Everett Clark, Director of Operations, recently emailed you about a possible upgrade to a 5-blade propeller that will lower noise and vibrations inside the cabin and reduce flight fatigue.

If you’ve recently flown one of a handful of aircraft temporarily equipped with the 5-blade propeller, the crew most likely offered you a brief 4-question survey to get your perspectives.

Our hope is that you’ll be open to us contacting you by email two to three times per year for your input on decisions the company is considering to improve our service to you.
