As you may already know, we recently initiated an owner Satisfaction Study with the help of two independent research firms, Chadwick martin Bailey and Fondulas Strategic research. The goal of the survey is to more formally help us understand how you feel about your experience with our program, staff and fleet of aircraft.
To-date, our owner services group, crews, as well as our contract management team have been our eyes and ears to help us deliver the best possible experience and value. To supplement feedback from those teams, we have been placing the survey on aircraft since early September and will continue to gather input until we have enough completed surveys to be able to draw a good picture of what’s working and what could be made better. our plan is to repeat the study annually as part of our ongoing commitment to you.
