Project: Operational Facelift

The Flight Operations Center at PlaneSense Inc. recently underwent a major restructure and renovation as part of an overall corporate update. The purpose of these changes was to build upon organizational successes of the past and prepare for growth opportunities in the next few years.

The Flight Operations Center (FOC) staff is now cross-trained to handle both Crew and Owner services. Prior to this, personnel tended to focus solely on one of the two disciplines. This change was made in order to maximize internal infrastructure, efficiencies and professional development opportunities within the department. A holistic consideration of the company’s framework led to the physical rearrangement of the FOC floor plan as well. The new arrangement lends itself towards improved communication flow and therefore stronger overall department performance.

We are very excited about the progress that is taking place internally and look forward to continued improvement in the service provided to both owners and flight crews.
