During our peak seasons, we work extremely hard to make sure that all of our share owners receive exceptional service—including flights that leave on time. While we can’t always avoid weather delays or other unanticipated issues, we take scheduling very seriously, and often make alternative arrangements so that your flight will remain timely. Please keep in mind that owners and passengers are to be available to board their aircraft twenty (20) minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. If you are late for your flight it causes a “domino effect,” which impacts other owners waiting to fly.
