A PlaneSense® Owner Experience

This letter is one of many that make us want to work harder and harder to provide you with the best possible service:

Dear PlaneSense,

Last week I took a tour of 5 states with my wife and 17 year old daughter to visit 7 colleges in 8 days during my daughter’s spring break from high school. I scheduled 7 trips and the service my family received was fantastic. This started many weeks ago with owner services when I first planned the trip and continued throughout the week.

I must have spoken with owner services 10 times to change flight times and get tail numbers and their attitude was always cordial, professional and accommodating. The pilots were all friendly, on time and professional. Special thank you goes to captain Jimmy Omran who was the captain on 5 of the flights.

I cannot comment enough on how wonderful his service was. I had some seemingly minor problems with ground travel and he took an active role in correcting them. At one point he even offered to drive the FBO’s courtesy van and drive our family 20 minutes each way since it seemed like we would not be able to get a cab to reach our destination on time.

My daughter, who is normally oblivious to service, even commented multiple times on how great he treated us.
