Meet Lorri Badolato

Lorri Badolato

Lorri Badolato joined the PlaneSense® family in 2007 as Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. She attended Boston University for her Undergraduate Degree in Business and received her law degree from the Suffolk University School of Law.

Before joining PlaneSense, Inc., Lorri was a partner at Arber & Badolato where she focused on real estate law and PlaneSense® contract work. While working in Boston, Lorri was present for and familiar with the monumental commencement of Federal Aviation Regulation Part 91 Subpart K, which is specific to fractional ownership aircraft operations. In 2007, Arber & Badolato shut down practice when Lorri and her law partner, Gary Arber joined PlaneSense, Inc. respectively as Deputy General Counsel and General Counsel.

Lorri has worn and continues to wear many hats at PlaneSense, Inc. For example, when she joined in 2007, she was a strong driving force behind the committee that brought the company to compliance with OSHA regulations, which assure safe and healthful workplace standards. She is heavily involved in contracts processes and works closely with our Director of Business Development to oversee management of the sales team and assist in strategy planning.

“What I find rewarding about aviation legal practice is that it’s a complex and interesting area of law with not many people in it, so you get to develop meaningful professional relationships and friendships with lawyers and other folks involved in the subject matter. It is also very specialized, so over time you really gain an in depth understanding of the industry.” –Lorri Badolato

In her own time, Lorri enjoys golfing, gardening and racquetball. She is also a licensed pilot for single engine aircraft, having earned her certificate in 2009. She lives an active lifestyle, which allows her to enjoy the outdoors in the New England Seacoast area. Lorri also enjoys the theatre and arts scene in the Seacoast area with her husband.
