Robyn Moses-Harney is our Vice President of Human Resources and sits on the Executive Committee. She personally participates in the interview process for every pilot we consider for the PlaneSense® crew, and her team supports the Flight Operations department in all aspects of recruiting strong pilot candidates.
Originally from the Boston area, Robyn has lived throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Her interest in the field of Human Resources was sparked in 1984 when she held an office manager position, and really enjoyed working with and helping people. As her employer expanded, she began taking courses focusing on the HR aspect of business. Now a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Robyn continues attending executive management certification programs. She also represents PlaneSense, Inc. every year at the national “Women in Aviation Conference” promoting recruitment of talented aviation professionals, from pilots to maintenance technicians.
Robyn lives with her husband and three dogs in New Hampshire, and has three adult children: Krissy, Julie, and Tom. In her spare time, Robyn is a certified instructor with the National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI). She teaches a course for families who have loved ones with mental illness, to help people understand how to accept the illness, and how to live and communicate with a loved one living with a mental illness. She occasionally teaches similar courses to area law enforcement and is a NAMI-certified “Life Interrupted” speaker.
