Business Office Administrator – New Hampshire
Atlas Aircraft Center, Inc., the sister company of PlaneSense, Inc., is seeking a Business Office Administrator for its dynamic Maintenance Department.
The Business Office Administrator assists the Manager, Parts and Office Administration and the Business Office Administrator Lead and acts as back-up in all aspects of maintaining the Business Office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Review aircraft maintenance work order packages to ensure labor hours, parts and pricing, taxes and warranties are applied correctly. Tracing of all work orders as they arrive in the Business Office and ensure timely processing. Close and post all Shop Work Orders.
- Track and submit warranty claims to vendors, working with the Parts Department to facilitate part returns.
- Match invoices to receipts for all vendors including collecting back-up for company credit cards for review. Record and track all disputed invoices.
- Review freight invoices to record, code and distribute charges to work orders.
- Maintain Month End Checklist for Accounting and deliver at the end of each month. Maintain the Work-In-Process report monthly.
- Submit insurance claims, notifying Management and maintaining files for collection of all charges and required paperwork.
- Submit purchase orders to Accounting.
- Maintain employee computer access, PTO (including holidays) and hours in ADP/Time Force.
- Make all travel arrangements for employee training, seminars and emergency travel for maintenance including flights, hotels, vehicles and per diem.
- Supervise work/project quality of assistants in A/P, A/R, Payroll, Customer Billing, and any special projects assigned by senior management.

Education and/or Experience:
- High School diploma
- Good research ability
Computer Skills:
- Microsoft Office
- Payroll processing software, preferably ADP
- Ability to learn aviation specific software
