If you enjoy connecting with people, creating opportunity, and have a passion for aviation, this could be your next move. PlaneSense, Inc., located in Portsmouth, NH, is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive interest in our fractional ownership and CobaltPass Jet Card programs.

In this role, you will support the sales process by engaging prospects, managing client communications, coordinating demonstrations, and helping deliver a seamless experience from first inquiry to completed transaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries and help qualify leads with professionalism and urgency.
  • Support outbound prospecting efforts through email outreach, lead follow-up, and proactive pipeline activity.

  • 1+ year of experience in sales support, customer service, administrative support, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with data, reports, and systems.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Why Join the PlaneSense Sales Support Team?

This is an opportunity to build your career in a dynamic sales environment within the private aviation industry.
