Account Manager
PlaneSense, Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join the Account Services Team.
PlaneSense, Inc., along with its affiliate companies, provides aircraft fractional ownership management services, on-demand air charter transportation, and aircraft maintenance. The PlaneSense® program has been providing quality aviation services for nearly 30 years. As a leading aircraft fractional ownership provider, PlaneSense manages a fleet of over 50 turboprop and multi-engine turbojet aircraft services for hundreds of program participants. Be a part of the Account Services Team! Our Account Managers lead the way by building and establishing relationships and providing consultation to our clients during their program entry, throughout their ownership, and at times of exit. This position is client-oriented with a flair of sales, marketing, management, business strategy, and an administrative component.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Working directly with clientele to ensure needs are understood and addressed. Providing support information and guidance; researching and recommending opportunities;
- Collaborating with various internal departments for the benefit of customer relations;
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing financial and use information to present to clientele, as well as upper management for the purpose of sales forecasting and planning;
- Effectively communicate and manage contractual rights and obligations to clientele as well as internally;
- Utilizing clientele relationship to establish retention; and
- Administrative responsibilities to include building and maintaining client records within various database platforms.
Qualifications:
Experienced with maintaining client relationships, creative problem solving, and time management. Must have excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills while being self-motivated and independent. An understanding of the sales process, including both lead and support functions is helpful.
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s Degree. Working knowledge of general accounting concepts is required. Aviation experience is preferred but not required.
Computer Skills:
Computer skills: proficiency in MSWord, PowerPoint and Excel required. Experience with customer management software, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
Work Location:
This position will work at the company headquarters in Portsmouth, NH. A hybrid work schedule may be available, however qualified candidates must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Portsmouth, NH.
