PlaneSense, Inc., manages and operates a fleet of Pilatus PC-12 & PC-24 aircraft on behalf of fractional share owners. Atlas Aircraft Center is the authorized service and support center for the PlaneSense program. Atlas Aircraft Center is currently seeking a full-time Aircraft Records Personnel to work in its dynamic Inspection Department in Portsmouth, NH.
The Aircraft Records Personnel performs the daily organizational and logistical functions of the Inspection Department for PlaneSense, Inc. and Atlas Aircraft Center, Inc. ensuring that scheduled & non-scheduled maintenance records remain in compliance with FAA regulations.
This position works on-site, Monday- Friday, with occasional weekend and holiday work required. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and excellent organizational and logistical skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assembles inspection paperwork/document packages prior to inspections
- Breaks down all maintenance work order packages and at the completion produces draft log entries for each aircraft record logbooks
- Ensure log entries are signed and placed in logbooks or forwarded to outside customers as necessary
- Opens work orders as necessary
- Assists business office with work orders
- Other duties as assigned by Chief Inspector.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks such as data entry and document management.
- Problem-solving skills to address and resolve administrative issues.
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma
- Administrative experience required
- Previous Aircraft Records experience preferred but not required
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.) and other relevant software.
- Experience with Corridor and CAMP preferred or must be willing to learn these and other aviation related software
