Digital Marketing Specialist

PlaneSense, Inc., a leading fractional aircraft ownership program headquartered in Portsmouth, NH, is seeking an experienced (3-5 years) and energetic Digital Marketing Specialist to join its team. This role will oversee the company’s digital marketing strategies with creative solutions for driving lead generation, increasing brand recognition, and supporting recruiting efforts. You’ll work within a unique, challenging, fast-paced, and competitive industry to help grow the PlaneSense® brand and client base.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in successful digital strategies, HubSpot, Google Ads, social media, and advertising for the day-to-day management of digital marketing efforts.

This position is in-person at the company headquarters in Portsmouth, NH.


  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to enhance lead generation efforts through SEO/SEM and display advertising
  • Monitor and improve upon current Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 efforts
  • Manage digital projects from start to finish
  • Develop social media calendars and creative social campaigns in support of marketing and recruitment; and monitor activity and coordinate responses to inquiries
  • Update the company’s website as needed including posting blogs and ensuring metadata and keywords are optimized to drive traffic
  • Assist with content development for the website and landing pages in HubSpot and WordPress
  • Coordinate direct placement of print and digital advertising with multiple publications
  • Support email blasts and automated marketing efforts
  • Automate workflows and inbound marketing campaigns
  • Participate in campaign development with creative ideas to support company goals
  • Work closely with graphic designer to get ads created, resized, delivered, etc.
  • Provide metrics on campaign performance; Research and develop creative strategies to improve campaign performance
  • Coordinate market research
  • Assist with photo and video shoots, event planning, and other marketing-related duties
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the department


  • 3-5 years’ experience as a digital media or digital marketing specialist
  • Solid knowledge of Google AdWords, HubSpot, WordPress, and other digital media platforms
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and inbound marketing platforms
  • Strong SEO/SEM experience
  • Ability to build compelling performance reports, identify trends, opportunities, and weaknesses
  • Experience with media buys and placement of print and digital advertising
  • Social media background for B2B and B2C – Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube
  • Back-end website management experience
  • Strong writing skillsBS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or relevant field
  • Competent in Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with aviation, photography, design, video, Adobe products, or public relations is a plus
