Seasonal Support Specialist
The Seasonal Support Specialist performs a complete spectrum of aviation-related crew and customer service-oriented tasks within its Flight Operations Center (FOC).
The primary function of the Seasonal Support Specialist (SSS) is to ensure our FOC staff is adequately supported during the busiest periods of the year. The SSS is responsible for providing all necessary support to the FOC staff for daily operations. The SSS will also provide operational updates to our Crew Services team and Owner Services team while working in an exciting and dynamic environment. Specifically, this support may include, but is not limited to the following:
- Providing logistical support to include hotels, transportation, vendor communication and catering to our flight crews.
- Reviewing FAA notices and temporary flight restrictions
- Coordination with airports and FBOs
- Interacting directly with the Crew Service, Owner Service and Scheduling teams
Candidates should be highly capable and self-motivated. As well as being able to successfully manage a variety of aviation responsibilities in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Although this position is seasonal it is designed for potential strategic growth for the selected candidates. Ideal candidates are task driven and mission oriented.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Providing logistical support to include hotels, transportation, vendor communication and catering.
- Reviewing FAA notices and temporary flight restrictions
- Reviewing aviation weather for the daily operations
- Ensuring all necessary documents required for daily operations are stored appropriately and sent to flight crews.
- Maintaining daily flight logs
- Proactively identifying and informing the necessary parties of issues such as weather, airport closures, and ATC/FAA Delays.
Qualifications:
- Aviation or travel industry experience or interest is preferred but not required.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to vendors and internal customers.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and other commonly used software
- Ability to learn industry specific software imperative.
- Adequate oral and written skills required.
- Proper phone etiquette imperative.
- Must be able to work independently and collaborate with team members.
- Must be able to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to concentrate in a fast paced and constantly fluid environment.

Schedules:
- Sunday – Wednesday 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
- Sunday – Wednesday 1:30PM – 11:30PM.
- Wednesday – Saturday 5:00AM – 3:00PM.
- Wednesday – Saturday 1:30PM – 11:30PM.
Qualified candidates must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Portsmouth, NH.
Qualified candidates must be available to work any of these schedules.
