Temporary Accounting Assistant – 6 Month Assignment
PlaneSense, Inc., which manages one of the leading fractional aircraft ownership programs in the country, is seeking a Temporary Accounting Assistant. The position will be covering a minimum of six months of support within the department and has the potential of becoming a permanent position.
Essential Responsibilities:
The Accounting Assistant will support the Accounts Payable functions of the Accounting Department with data entry, processing and recording transactions, bank deposits, and reconciling any discrepancies. Other duties include filing, processing the mail, and other day to day tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Work schedule is Monday through Friday 8am-5pm at the company’s headquarters in Portsmouth, NH.
