The PlaneSense Leadership Team

Much of the PlaneSense, Inc. leadership team has been together since the very beginning of the PlaneSense® program. The team includes several pilots and a blend of experts from all aspects of aviation and business industries who share a deep commitment to the program and quality service, as well as a sincere belief in the relevance and value of the PlaneSense® program as a practical, logical, and sophisticated option for private flying.

    George A. Antoniadis

    CEO & President

    President and CEO, George Antoniadis founded the PlaneSense® fractional ownership program in 1996. He developed an avid interest in aviation at a young age and became a pilot in 1989. George leveraged his experience as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, Inc. to realize his passion of launching an aviation-related business. As an airline transport pilot, George frequently flies one of the company's PC-12s as well as a turbine conversion Beechcraft Bonanza. He is involved with several charitable organizations and serves on the Board of Directors of Air Charter Safety Foundation, National Air Transportation Association Fractional Ownership Council, New England Baptist Hospital, the Aero Club of New England, and a Trustee of Anatolia College in Greece. His educational background includes a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal Institute of Technology Zurich, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

    Jim Paradis

    CFO & Treasurer

    Jim Paradis serves as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for PlaneSense, Inc., and has been part of the team since 1998. A certified public accountant (CPA), as well as a private pilot, he brings 27 years of accounting and tax experience to the business. Jim earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.

    Ray Torres

    Vice President of Flight Operations

    Ray Torres serves as Vice President of Flight Operations. He joined our program in the summer of 2008 as a line captain, and then spent two years as our Director of Safety before his current position. Ray soloed at age fourteen at New Bedford Airport in Massachusetts, then attended and graduated from the US Air Force Academy. He is a retired full Colonel, having served as an active duty flying wing commander with 30 years of military service. Ray has two master's degrees, one in human resources, and a second in strategic studies.

    Todd Smith

    Director of Airworthiness

    As Director of Airworthiness, Todd Smith is responsible for our operational infrastructure and the fleet of PC-12s in the PlaneSense program. Todd started working with the PC-12 early on, completed one of its first maintenance schools, and has helped Pilatus with several product improvement programs. In his work with the PlaneSense team, Todd launched Atlas Aircraft Center, a state-of-the art aviation facility and sister company of PlaneSense, Inc.

    Robyn Moses-Harney

    Vice President of Human Resources

    Robyn Moses-Harney serves as VP of Human Resources. Prior to joining PlaneSense, Inc., Robyn served as Director of Human Resources for Vermillion, Inc. and Souhegan Color, Inc. Robyn began her career studying education at Boston College and has also participated in several executive development programs. She is active in the National Alliance for Mental Illness and supports its activities through lectures at colleges, high schools, police departments, and medical facilities.

    Gary Arber

    Vice President & General Counsel

    Gary Arber serves as Vice President and General Counsel for PlaneSense, Inc. Before joining us in-house, Gary practiced law for 28 years concentrating in aviation law, but also handled civil litigation, real estate transactions, zoning matters and legal services as a public defender. Responsible for risk management, he advises the company on compliance with governmental regulations. We benefit from Gary's long-standing involvement in aviation, including, for example, his FAA-appointment to the Fractional Ownership Aviation Rulemaking Committee which drafted the regulations under which fractional ownership programs fly today, as well as his work with the NBAA's Regulatory Industry Advisory Group and Federal Excise Tax Working Group. With a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University and a law degree from Case-Western Reserve University School of Law, he is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Gary holds a Commercial Pilot Certificate with Single Engine Land and Instrument-Airplane ratings.

    As Director of Sales and Marketing, Dave Verani brings over twenty years of expertise and leadership in all facets of national sales and marketing operations with a focus on business-to-consumer strategies. Over the past 25 years, Dave has held key leadership roles and most recently served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Bluegreen Corporation, a fortune 500 company. His diverse background includes managing a private equity real estate investment company where he focused on revenue generation that yielded significant returns. Dave earned his B.S. in Management Information Systems from Southern New Hampshire University. Dave also serves on the Liberty House Board for transitioning homeless veterans.

    Mike Baur

    Vice President of Business Development & Strategy

    Mike Baur serves as Director of Business Development & Corporate Strategy, and also has management responsibilities for the Information Technology department. He has a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management and an MBA from Ohio State University. During his 14 years at NetJets, Mike had managerial oversight of scheduling, flight management, and owner services of an 80 aircraft fleet. He also supported the Office of the Chairman with strategic planning, labor contract negotiations, and international expansion.

    Lorri Badolato

    Deputy General Counsel

    Lorri Badolato joined PlaneSense, Inc. as Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in 2007. She started in-house after years of service to our team while in private practice as a partner at Arber & Badolato, LLP. With a business degree from Boston University and a law degree from the Suffolk University School of Law, she is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Lorri is also a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the Lawyer-Pilot Bar Association, and the International Air & Transportation Safety Bar Association. Lorri is a member of the Aviation User’s Advisory Board, which advises the NHDOT on aviation matters and serves on the North Shore Community College Aviation Programs Advisory Board. Lorri holds a private pilot certificate.

    Director of Account Services

    Contract Manager, Danielle McPheters, joined the company in early 2007, and her eagerness to ensure the highest level of service brought her up through the ranks to Contract Manager in late 2008. Employing the experience and knowledge from her degree in Business Management earned at the University of Maine, and her work with the PlaneSense Owner Services team, she now supports clients’ needs throughout the life of their contract.

    Director of the Flight Operations Center

    Mike Rohde serves as the Director of the Flight Operations Center. He brings more than 30 years' experience in the commercial airlines industry, including managing flight operations, ramp operations, and charter flights for the NHL and NBA. Mike joined PlaneSense, Inc. in 2016 after becoming intrigued with the diversity a private fractional ownership program would offer. He oversees the large team in the Flight Operations Center (FOC) that coordinates aircraft and pilots with owner reservations. The FOC also monitors weather, air traffic, airport data, and itinerary adjustments to maximize safety and flight comfort for fractional share owners.

    Director of Facilities

    Frank Diglio, Director of Facilities and Line Service, brings over 40 years of expertise and leadership in all facets of FBO operations. Frank’s aviation career began while working for a group of Commuter Airlines at Logan Int’l Airport in Boston, MA, where his focus on customer service launched his aviation management career. Prior to coming on board at PlaneSense, Inc. in 2013, Frank spent many years managing aircraft fueling, airline operations, and customer service for Butler Aviation at Logan Int’l Airport in Boston, MA. He also later served as the FBO Director at Jet Aviation in Bedford, MA.

Following his Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Delaware, Chip quickly became an instrument-rated commercial pilot. His aviation experience is an extraordinary benefit in helping prospective fractional owners to become familiar with the PlaneSense fractional program.

    Josh Kneifel brings 15 years of aviation industry experience with a strong sales, marketing and customer service background to our team. His experience was built with companies such as Continental Airlines, Cessna Aircraft Company, and Rolls-Royce. He is a commercial, multi-engine rated pilot and has held positions as a flight instructor, regional airline pilot, and aircraft sales manager. This breadth of knowledge and experience has translated into many happy aircraft owners.

    Mark Ray has a broad range of experience in sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship. He is an instrument-rated commercial pilot with more than 22 years of flight experience, including time as a corporate pilot, chief flight instructor, and private pilot. In the last several years Mark has held key positions with several successful startup companies, including his own startup, which he sold after taking it national.
