The PlaneSense Leadership Team

Much of the PlaneSense, Inc. leadership team has been together since the very beginning of the PlaneSense® program. The team includes several pilots and a blend of experts from all aspects of aviation and business industries who share a deep commitment to the program and quality service, as well as a sincere belief in the relevance and value of the PlaneSense® program as a practical, logical, and sophisticated option for private flying.

    CEO & President

    George A. Antoniadis is founder, President, and CEO of PlaneSense, Inc., a leading fractional aircraft ownership program headquartered in Portsmouth, NH. Mr. Antoniadis leveraged his experience as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, Inc. to launch the PlaneSense® program in 1995 to provide a better solution for private flying at a responsible price point. The program now includes a fleet of over 40 Pilatus PC-12 turboprops and Pilatus PC-24 jets that complete more than 35,000 flights per year across the United States, Canada, Bermuda, the Bahamas, the Caribbean, Mexico, and Central America. Mr. Antoniadis serves on the Board of Governors of the Air Charter Safety Foundation, is an Advisor to the Aero Club of New England, and is a Trustee of Anatolia College and Athens College, both in Greece. He holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal Institute of Technology Zurich and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Mr. Antoniadis is also a licensed air transport pilot and often flies the PC-12s in the PlaneSense® fleet.

    Gary Arber

    Vice President & General Counsel

    Gary Arber serves as Vice President and General Counsel for PlaneSense, Inc. Before joining us in-house, Gary practiced law for 28 years concentrating in aviation law, but also handled civil litigation, real estate transactions, zoning matters and legal services as a public defender. Responsible for risk management, he advises the company on compliance with governmental regulations. We benefit from Gary's long-standing involvement in aviation, including, for example, his FAA-appointment to the Fractional Ownership Aviation Rulemaking Committee which drafted the regulations under which fractional ownership programs fly today, as well as his work with the NBAA's Regulatory Industry Advisory Group and Federal Excise Tax Working Group. With a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University and a law degree from Case-Western Reserve University School of Law, he is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Gary holds a Commercial Pilot Certificate with Single Engine Land and Instrument-Airplane ratings.

    As Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Jim Citro is responsible for all financial activity for PlaneSense and its four affiliated aviation companies. This includes fractional aircraft ownership, regulatory compliance, logistics, crews, maintenance, customer travel activity, asset holdings, and real estate transactions within the overall corporate structure. Jim previously served in senior financial roles for Gulf Oil Limited Partnership, and several transportation related companies, including Budget Rent-a-Car Systems, National Leisure Group, Lily Truck Leasing Corp, and Massachusetts Bay Commuter Railroad Company.

    Mandar Pendsé brings with him over 28 years of IT Services experience focused on delivering innovative solutions across multiple industries. He joined PlaneSense from Oracle where he served as Senior Client Partner focused on Travel, Transportation, Logistics and Service Industries. In addition to bringing deep operational and leadership experience in Information Technology & Services to PlaneSense operations, Mandar also brings a lifelong passion for aviation. Mandar has been a pilot since 1994. He has had direct professional experience with the private aviation industry by leading IT efforts at a large aircraft management firm. Mandar’s experience is crucial for guiding and shaping the growing operational complexity and sophistication of the fractional program, coupled with ever increasing needs for responsive and secure systems.

    Kevin Gordon

    Vice President of Flight Operations

    As Vice President of Flight Operations, Kevin Gordon leads all aspects of the pilot ranks, including recruitment and training, as well as the Flight Operations Center, which schedules the more than 35,000 flying hours annually. Additionally, he plays a key role in the management of the PlaneSense® fleet ensuring safe, reliable, and quality service for aircraft share owners. Prior to joining PlaneSense, Inc. in 2018, Kevin served in the United States Air Force for 24 years, retiring as a full colonel. Kevin’s leadership experience as a Flying Wing Commander and C-17 pilot is ideal for managing the complexities of flight operations for the growing PlaneSense® fractional program. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire, and two Master’s degrees from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and the National War College.

    Vice President of Sales & Marketing

    As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, David Verani brings over thirty years of expertise and leadership in all facets of national sales and marketing operations with a focus on business-to-consumer and business-to-business strategies. Verani has held key leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a Fortune 500 real estate development company. His diverse background includes managing a private equity real estate investment company where he focused on revenue generation that yielded significant returns. Since joining PlaneSense, Inc. in 2013, he has driven the company’s growth and market share in both the PC-12 and PC-24 fractional programs in expanding markets.

    Robyn Moses-Harney

    Vice President of Human Resources

    Robyn Moses-Harney serves as VP of Human Resources. Prior to joining PlaneSense, Inc., Robyn served as Director of Human Resources for Vermillion, Inc. and Souhegan Color, Inc. Robyn began her career studying education at Boston College and has also participated in several executive development programs. She is currently a Board member of the Greater Nashua Mental Health Center and is active in the National Alliance for Mental Illness, supporting its activities through lectures at colleges, high schools, police departments, and medical facilities.

    Todd Smith

    Director of Airworthiness

    Todd Smith serves as the Director of Airworthiness for PlaneSense, Inc. and VP, Service for Atlas Aircraft Center, Inc. He oversees all maintenance operations of the PlaneSense® fractional fleet, including Pilatus PC-12 turboprops, Pilatus PC-24 jets, and Nextant 400XTi jets. He began working with the company in 1995 and officially joined the team in 1998. Todd started working with the PC-12 early on, completed one of its first maintenance schools, and has since assisted Pilatus with several product improvement programs. He was instrumental in the development of Atlas Aircraft Center, the state-of-the art aviation facility and sister company of PlaneSense, Inc. He has a key role in expansion of the fleet, including implementation of the PlaneSense® jet program, purchase of new aircraft, and sale of aircraft out of the fleet.

    Vice President of Business Development & Strategy

    Mike Baur serves as Vice President of Business Development & Corporate Strategy, and also has management responsibilities for the Information Technology department. He has a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management and an MBA from Ohio State University. During his 14 years at NetJets, Mike had managerial oversight of scheduling, flight management, and owner services of an 80 aircraft fleet. He also supported the Office of the Chairman with strategic planning, labor contract negotiations, and international expansion.

    Lorri Badolato

    Deputy General Counsel

    Lorri Badolato joined PlaneSense, Inc. as Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in 2007. She started in-house after years of service to our team while in private practice as a partner at Arber & Badolato, LLP. Lorri handles the contracts for all share buyers entering the program, advises various departments in the company on other legal matters, and Co-Chairs the Company’s Environmental, Health and Safety Committee overseeing OSHA compliance. With a business degree from Boston University and a law degree from the Suffolk University School of Law, she is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Lorri is also a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the Lawyer-Pilot Bar Association, and the International Air & Transportation Safety Bar Association. Lorri is a member of the Aviation User’s Advisory Board, which advises the NHDOT on aviation matters and serves on the North Shore Community College Aviation Programs Advisory Board. Lorri holds a private pilot certificate.

    As Director, Danielle uses her many years of experience to mentor other Account Services members regarding daily client-related activities. Danielle ensures that every PlaneSense share owner has a direct contact for anything he or she may need throughout all aspects of their ownership. She enjoys working with various departments throughout the organization to ensure the client's perspective is always front and center to business. Danielle received her Bachelor of Arts cum laude in Business from the University of Maine at Presque Isle, and her M.B.A from the University of New Hampshire.

    Director of Facilities

    Frank Diglio, Director of Facilities and Line Service, brings over 40 years of expertise and leadership in all facets of FBO operations. Frank’s aviation career began while working for a group of Commuter Airlines at Logan Int’l Airport in Boston, MA, where his focus on customer service launched his aviation management career. Prior to coming on board at PlaneSense, Inc. in 2013, Frank spent many years managing aircraft fueling, airline operations, and customer service for Butler Aviation at Logan Int’l Airport in Boston, MA. He also later served as the FBO Director at Jet Aviation in Bedford, MA.

    Josh Kneifel brings more than 20 years of aviation industry experience with a strong sales, marketing and customer service background to our team. His experience was built with companies such as Continental Airlines, Cessna Aircraft Company, and Rolls-Royce. He is a commercial, multi-engine rated pilot and has held positions as a flight instructor, regional airline pilot, and aircraft sales manager. This breadth of knowledge and experience has translated into many happy aircraft owners.

In the last several years Mark has held key positions with several successful startup companies, including his own startup, which he sold after taking it national.

    Christina Freundt’s broad aviation experience includes establishing a fractional operation, FBO management, hangar leasing, charter operations, aircraft sales, leasing and management, service culture training, and business development consulting for aviation companies. She’s a Southern California native with a vast network and extensive knowledge of the aviation industry in the Western U.S. Prior to her career in aviation, she launched a tech startup company and worked in corporate law. Christina began flying in 1992 and is an instrument-rated commercial pilot.

This broad knowledge of business aviation has proven key to assisting private flyers with navigating the options and finding a solution that best fits their flight needs. Matt earned a BS in Aviation Management from Ohio State University.
